Ceylon black tea is produced in Sir Lanka Ceylon. The tea is famous for its excellent quality, taste, and aroma.
At Cha Redefine, we chose to use Ceylon's highland tea as this tea is usually made into a fractal tea with a russet color. The brew is orange-red and bright with a floral fragrance and a refreshing taste.
Ceylon black tea is often called ‘a gift to the world’.
An Xi region is renowned for its high-quality Oolong tea in China. An Xi is also the hometown of the famous tea “Tie Guan Yin”.
An Xi Oolong tea is between red and green tea. An Xi Oolong is semi-fermented tea and contains a unique natural floral fragrance. The tea is made by the process of withering, greening, killing, simmering and drying of fresh leaves. It has the quality characteristics of black tea and green tea.
Fujian Jasmine Green Tea is made from high-quality baked green tea and smoked with jasmine.
FuJian Provence is located in the southeast region in China, with a mild climate and abundant rainfalls; thus making the weather subtropical. Jasmine cultivations are throughout this region with excellent varieties. Tea farmers in this region have a rich history of cultivating and harvesting, so the qualities of tea are considered to be the highest grade in the region.
Wu Yi Mountain’s Da Hong Pao is the most famous tea in the region thus is also known as the “King of Tea”. The production process of Da Hong Pao combines the combination of green tea and black tea. The process is demanding and complex.
At Cha Redefine, we use the highest quality of Da Hong Pao. This premium tea has a unique taste with a distinctive aroma and longer-lasting. Da Hong Pao is very resistant to brewing, and there are still hints of its fragrances even after seven or eight brews.

Four Seasons Oolong tea is also called ‘four seasons spring tea’ in Mandarin. This tea is a varietal grown in the Alishan (Mountain Ali) tea region of Taiwan. Alishan is one of Taiwan's most famous tea regions. The rich soil combined with the daily fog produces ideal conditions for tea cultivation. This tea has the characters of oolong and green tea; suitable for year-round enjoyment. Four seasons spring tea is the mild taste in nature. Due to the mild taste and aroma, it’s loved by many.
Uji Matcha is produced from Gyokuro grown in the Uji region of Kyoto, Japan. Our Uji Jade Grade Matcha is a premium grade Matcha, made from hand-picked, vibrant first and second harvest green tea leaves.
